The UOC was formed in the summer of 2002 to confront what we see as an ongoing crisis at Yale. With so many members of our community standing up to demand economic justice and a democratic voice in the decisions that affect their lives, we believe that undergraduates play a crucial role in achieving those goals. For more details on the UOC and our work in the past year, see below.
The UOC is a member of the Social Justice Network at Dwight Hall, and an adjunct member of the Pan-Ethnic Coalition (see Diversity in Yale 101).
